The PADI 5 DAY LEARN DIVE course is by far the most popular way to learn to dive. The adventure of learning to dive as well as staying out on the reef for 3 days and 2 nights on one of our premium live aboard vessels is quite unique. Your course includes 9 dives on some of the best dive sites the Outer Great Barrier Reef has to offer as well as plenty of time to snorkel, relax and really enjoy the reef experience. All this makes this course unmatched for experience and value.
If you don’t have the time to do a 5 day course or would prefer a land based open water course, then the 4 DAY LEARN TO DIVE course is the ideal option for you. Day 1 and 2 are spent at the modern, purpose built training centre learning the theory and underwater skills of diving. Days 3 and 4 are spent on one of TUSA Dives fast and modern day boats where you’ll complete the 4 training dives required for your PADI Open Water certification followed by 2 experienced guided dives. You’ll return to your accommodation in Cairns each evening. Total 6 dives.
The PADI ADVANCED COURSE is the popular first step in continuing your dive education. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in up to 11 dives, 9 day and 2 night, over the duration of the trip. 5 of these dives will be training dives required to complete your PADI Advanced Certification and the remaining 6 will be recreational dives for you to enjoy the spectacular Great Barrier Reef.
